Simmonds Transport Serving our Community
Simmonds Transport have been based in Telford, Shropshire for over 50 years.
Our heritage and community are especially important to us, we therefore do our best to help and support our community through various means.
We are currently sponsoring Allscott Heath FC U12s 2024 football strip.
We provided a brand new Scania artic and trailer for the 2024 Shifnal Carnival for the Shifnal dance school's 80 dancers.
We provided a brand new Scania artic and trailer for the 2024 Newport Carnival'
We supported AFC Bridgnorth Spartans Junior Football Club via the Spartanfest festival in June 2024.
We are supporting Friends of Telford Town Park for environmental projects in 2024.
Shifnal Carnival / Saturday 29th July 2024
Simmonds Transport were delighted to offer our support at The Shifnal Carnival which took place on Saturday 29th June by offering one of our new Scania tractor units accompanied with a trailer which was decorated and entered into the Carnival for "Unite Performing Arts".
These were the comments we received from Unite Performing Arts:
THANK YOU for supplying the vehicle and Driver for our float entry into Shifnal Carnvial. As mentioned previously, this was the first time we'd entered and we couldn't have had any better support if we'd have wanted to from you and the driver. To go and win best float and best overall trophies left us speechless but the driver was a massive part of the day, and I can't thank you all enough for your support.
Newport Carnival / Saturday 8th July 2024
Simmonds Transport were delighted to be able to offer their support to the carnival with one of our new Scania tractor units and a trailer used as a carnival float.
